Where do you call home? I’m originally from Argentina, I had been living in Rhode Island ( Wakefield) for the past 5 years.
What genre(s) do you write? Children educational
What genre(s) were you drawn to when you were younger? Was there a reason that genre(s) appealed to you the most?

What were some of your favorite books growing up? Why?
The life of Helen Keller and The diary of Anne Frank. I liked to read about real people, overcoming the challenges of life.
What are some of your favorite books today?
With two kids it isn’t easy to read , but when I have the time I like to read a good mystery novel.
What inspired you to become a writer?
My sons. I want my kids to be bilingual and pass down my culture and traditions.

Learning Spanish with Solé: All About Grandma - Growing up with amazing Grandma’s gave me the best memories and a happy childhood. This bilingual book introduces you to everyday Spanish vocabulary through the wonderful experiences shared with my Grandma.
Tell us a little about how “Learning Spanish with Solé” series came to be. Did it start with an image, a voice, a concept, a dilemma or something else?
I published four bilingual children's books. One is about Rhode Island titled “Learning Spanish with Solé, All about Rhode Island”. It focuses on teaching basic Spanish vocabulary using beautiful Rhode Island as the backdrop. The second is called “Learning Spanish with Solé 1” to introduce numbers, shapes and colors to babies and toddlers.
Learning Spanish with Solé “All about Grandma” is based on my childhood memories with my Grandmother. This book is full of more advance vocabulary in Spanish. Lastly, Learning Spanish with Solé is a small cardboard book for babies, it was the first book I published and has basic vocabulary about family members.
Which scene, character or plotline changed the most from first draft to published book?
The characters are my two sons, my husband and myself.
What do you like best about being a writer?
To be able to teach in a fun and creative way.
If you could collaborate with any author past or present, who would it be? What would the title of the book be? (If possible) - Give us a one sentence blurb.
I would like to collaborate with Dr. Seuss.
