What name do you like to write under?  Christina Rondeau 

Where do you call home? Northern RI 

What genre(s) do you write? A lot of different genres , poetry, children's books, adventure novels, Fitness books 

What genre(s) were you drawn to when you were younger? I enjoyed a good escape in an adventure novel. I also loved children's books and enjoyed the illustrations and when a illustrator would hide things in the book. I did the same with my two children's books. You have to find Luna bear doggie in all the pictures. 

What were some of your favorite books growing up? Why? I really mixed it up and found myself mostly into the Janet Evanovich 

What are some of your favorite books today? Pretty much the same books. Adventure, Mystery. 

What inspired you to become a write?  I always loved writing. From a young age I crafted poetry and wrote adventure stories. 

 

Blessings Fron Being Bullied 

 
 

Tell us a little about how Blessings from Being Bullied came to be. Did it start with an image, a voice, a concept, a dilemma or something else? This book took some courage to write because its comes from my experience as a kid in elementary school to a senior in high school. The things that happened to me made me make choices to become who I am today. Its all a true story. 

Which scene, character or plotline changed the most from first draft to published book? Nothing changed. I really dive into my books and what I start I finish with no changes. Even my novels, once I get going nothing changes. 

Which character was the most challenging to create. Why? Bullied is a true story so this question I can answer more from my recent Novel that was published. ROXY GOLD is my favorite character and she is in my only series, "The Adventures of Roxy Gold", She is wild and fun and all over the place with her love life. 

What do you like best about being a writer?  Its pure enjoyment for me and an escape. I love creating things for people to enjoy., 

If you could collaborate with any author past or present, who would it be? What would the title of the book be? (If possible) - Give us a one sentence blurb. I would love for Janet and myself to write about our leads together. Roxy Gold and Stephanie Plum: "Double Pursuit: The female Detectives Unite"
