What name do you like to write under? Brianna Stockwell 

Where do you call home? Rhode Island 

What genre(s) do you write? I write Children's Literature. 

What genre(s) were you drawn to when you were younger Was there a reason that genre(s) appealed to you the most?  As a child I was drawn to children' s literature. 

What were some of your favorite books growing up? Why? My favorite book growing up was "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" by Judith Viorst. I loved this book as a child because I related to Alexander. This is still my favorite book today! My second favorite book was "Oh My Honor" by Marion Dane Bauer. This book teaches children that they have the moral obligation to do what's right and be honest 

What are some of your favorite books today? Some of my favorite books today are Before the Coffee Gets cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi and Passing by Nella Larson. 

What inspired you to become a writer?  My third grade elementary school teacher inspired me to become a writer.
